Pet Policy

Pet fee for the first dog or cat is $250; pet fee for the second dog or cat is $100.
Monthly pet rent is $15/month per dog and $15/month per cat.  
The maximum weight limit for dogs is 65 pounds. Breed restrictions apply.
 
All pets must be pre-approved by management and we reserve the right to decline any pet or breed.
