I have lived here at SMV since 2018. It is HOME! The front office staff, Tracey & Jessica, are super professional, friendly & very concerned about every aspect of your living space. When I have reported an issue that needs to be addressed, like a maintenance problem, the issue/problem is resolved right away or within 24hrs. I have nothing but praise for the SMV staff.
