I have lived here at SMV since 2018. It is HOME! The front office staff, Tracey & Jessica, are super professional, friendly & very concerned about every aspect of your living space. When I have reported an issue that needs to be addressed, like a maintenance problem, the issue/problem is resolved right away or within 24hrs. I have nothing but praise for the SMV staff.
- Patty V

I have been living here for past few years and I love this place. Staff and maintenance team are amazing and ready to help whenever you need them. So much surrounding greenery to walk around. Love this place!
